I took their portraits a few years ago when he was in town visiting his sister.  He's back again, so it was time for another shoot!  Wow, how time flies!  He is all grown up! 

This was one of my favorite backgrounds I've ever had for a shoot.  The vibrant colors are just gorgeous!  And so are the subjects! :)

Have Kids? Springtime Portraits are a great idea!!

If you have children, they most likely look absolutely adorable in their little springtime or Easter outfits!!  What a great idea it would be to get some photos taken of them in those cute little outfits to share with friends and family!!

Stephanie and Craig ~ Christmas Card Portraits

I photographed their engagement photos when I first started taking portraits... then I shot their wedding photos!

Now, I am happy to have taken their photos of their first Christmas in their new home, with their adorable pup, Kennedy! They are such a great couple and I'm so happy for them!

They had their favorite turned into postcards and sent them out as their Christmas cards this year -such a great idea!! And easy, too!

Sofia

I took portraits of Sofia for her family's Christmas Card on the best weekend of the year! It was SO gorgeous outside!

The leaves were falling, and the colors were so vibrant. The sun was setting when we took these photos (as it tends to do earlier this time of year) and even though we were just around their house, there wasn't a bad place to shoot. It was just so gorgeous out!

Holiday Portraits

The holidays are HERE!! Isn't it crazy? I can't believe it!

The holidays are a great time to have family portraits taken. Of course, getting them done before it's freezing outside is always a great idea if you're wanting to have outdoor pictures taken, even though rosy cheeks are extremely cute :) Also, planning ahead is very important so you have enough time to have the photos edited, printed, and make your cards to have them delivered before the holidays.

Here are a few photos from the Brogunier family's family portrait session. They live have a beautiful home out in Mt Juliet with a nice big yard. I fell in LOVE with their barn out back, and loved getting out of the city for a bit to enjoy some fresh air and lots of land...It was a perfect fall day, and we got a ton of great photos! Even a few individual shots of the kids playing around.

An adorable family, and a very well-behaved dog!

Madden, 18 mos.

This was a challenging but fun photo session, and I ended up really loving the outcome!

It was FREEZING that morning when we decided to go take photos outside at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center downtown Nashville. But little Madden was a sweetie and did a great job! This family is amazing. I just love them!

I've been so fortunate to get to document this child's life!

Are you a busy parent who is too busy keeping track of your little ones to even think about taking a picture at a birthday party?

Call me - I'll come to your event and stay out of the way and take photos of the special day!

For parties and events in the Nashville area, my fee is $200 to travel to your event, take photos for a maximum of two hours, and provide you a CD of your files (edited, similar to what you see above) that you can share with friends and family and have printed at your choosing!

They grow up so fast, make sure to capture the memories while they're young!

Brother and Sister

I love these. They did these as a gift for their parents!
